What happened before this moment, and what’s going to happen after this moment — both are insignificant. They are non-existential. They have no reality.

The moment that we call ‘now’ also doesn’t exist, in a way. It is real, but it cannot be grasped. It can be lived and experienced, but it cannot be pointed at or explained.

The past and the future exist only in the mind. But the Now exists beyond the mind. It exists eternally. It is never Not Now. It can never be not now. It was never not now. Its always now.

The now is the only reality. Its content is always changing. What’s happening in the Now is always changing, its never the same. But the now itself is untouched, unaffected, always pure and unchanging.

In the past few days I have started randomly become present and aware. When I’m opening the door, or turning a tap, or washing my hands, or switching on the lights. Small, simple things that I was doing without awareness before.

But when I do it with awareness, it feels so different. It feels so significant. Even simple activities have so much significance when done with awareness.

I feel so in the now when I become present. Like nothing else matters in that moment than the simple activity I’m doing. It’s a bit more challenging when I’m doing complex activities like writing or speaking, but I’m getting better at it.

I’m getting asked this a lot these days. I just don’t know what to say.

I’m just loving being aware of whatever is happening within me, and without as well. If something comes up for me to share, I share it. Or rather — it happens.

Most of the time, it is my ego that wants to speak. I know it because I’m thinking about it. Whenever I’m thinking about whether I should say something, it’s coming from my mind, my ego. And I safely ignore it. I just wait.

If something needs to be said or done, it just happens. There’s no thinking involved.

I just enjoy being alert and aware, and love witnessing whenever it happens.
